BCBS of WA

Hey guys...I need your help.

I have a job interview with a company on Tuesday...their insurance company is BCBS of WA...I'm wonderign if anyone knows what BCBS policy if for the lap band. I have heard rumor that they started to cover it in 2007 but I'm curious if anyone knows the specifics...like if u have to do a diet or anythign like that?

Any help would be soo appreciated!
