Day 3 of liquid diet and having leg cramps.

I've been having horrible leg cramps today. I'm on the third day of my liquid diet and not sure if it's related. Did anyone else experience this?

Potassium deficiency?

Totally agree on the potassium. My insulin use to wipe me out, and would always get leg camps.

I have heard mustard helps with leg cramps

Bananas help with low potassium, but still call your drs. office tomorrow please. You don't want to be eating a banana and find out you're having a blood clot!

I get severe leg cramps, in fact having them now when I am dehydrated. Make sure you are still drinking enough water. I also get them after standing for more than a coiple hours on my hard ceramic tile floor in mm y kitchen which I did today. This is just another reason why I can't wait to have surgery.
