Welcome guys how are your nerves? Lol I start feeling happy,sad then overly excited. Today I realized I only have 2 more days before I go to the pre-op diet. Ive been so emtional.......its been crazy for me.

I started my low-calorie, low-fat, low-sugar pre-op diet today. Continue that until November 17th, when it's full liquids for the 17th and 18th. I'm generally excited, but the anxiety comes once in a while because I know the huge lifestyle change that's in store for me. I also hate the feeling of nausea, so I'm not looking forward to that post-surgery!
