My doctor told me to not even worry about carbs for the first few months, and just concentrate on getting in protein and water. So I eat my protein first, and if I have room, a few bites of carbs/side

Hello, I had my sleeve done on oct 15th and I'm healing well. I've looked on thwse forums for a long time now but just made the choice to sign up because I'm kinda lost and upset.
I want this too work so bad but can't seem to find a template. I want some black and white info that says do this and you will get to live healthy.
I downloaded my fitness pal to kinda help me keep track of everything but its still lile a puzzle.
I have had two protien shakes today and a unsweetened apple sauce.
Why I'm lost is idk the carb to protien ratio I should have and stuff like that. What really sucks is I'm a very exact kinda guy and it seems like a lot of theory.
