    Wife thinks I'm eating to little

    I'm still new too this. I was sleeved Oct 15 13. I think I'm doing good because everyone says I'm so much smaller but idk. My wife thinks I'm not eating enough different foods / enough food. I pretty much eat the same thing everyday. Idk I like the Protein I'm getting from it and ot goes down ez but I want tje best possible resault. She thinks I'm gong to exteme and I don't wanna scew up Post op 209 kilo Sw 199 kilo Cw not sure (scales I see in stores only go up too 300 and sadly I'm 400+) waiting till nov 15 for my post op one month So I eat this Breakfast 1 shake (120 cal 25g protien) lunch / dinner / snack 1 cup of cottage cheese + one can of light tuna with some hot sauce. (345 cal 58g protein) It makes 1 and half cups I eat it half a cup at a time over three times. Snake 1 shake (120 cal 25 protein) As much Water as I can get atleat 4-5 bottles I'm doing light exercise about two hrs a day. Total cal 585 total protein 108 My wide thinks I'm trying to hard too get protein and just not trying any other foods. I'm worried she might be righr but idk. I just want to be healthu.

    Well the half a cup does take me a long time lol I just keep at it. I think I will call my nut. She never really said I coild but I guess its ok.

    I'm so lost

    Hello, I had my sleeve done on oct 15th and I'm healing well. I've looked on thwse forums for a long time now but just made the choice to sign up because I'm kinda lost and upset. I want this too work so bad but can't seem to find a template. I want some black and white info that says do this and you will get to live healthy. I downloaded my fitness pal to kinda help me keep track of everything but its still lile a puzzle. I have had two protien shakes today and a unsweetened apple sauce. Why I'm lost is idk the carb to protien ratio I should have and stuff like that. What really sucks is I'm a very exact kinda guy and it seems like a lot of theory.

    3 weeks out. Protien and water

    I used to love Water before my sleeve, but now I found out I love ice cold water. It takes me so long too drink a glass of water now its warm by the time I'm done and it sucks. Yesterday I had a nestea zero. Does that count as a water? There is pretty much nothing in it. Ideas? I'm hoping it does because its 0 cal and its pretty good tasting. I do agree though its so hard too get that water in. Its a full time job, but I was tols that before my sleeve.

    Thnx again everyone. I checked out 7bites btw. Pretty good stuff. Yesterday I managed to get 92g of protien but it was also 732 cal. Is that too much cal? I just feel like I should have less. Idk 600 feels like a great number but its so hard lol I have been walking a lot though. Atleast 3-4 hrs a day with my wife.

    I love hot stuff and am not a fan of cottage cheese that's why I tred it. The hot sauce does kinda take over but I use a fair amount. Maybe less would help. I've heard of people using unsweetened apple sauce.

    Howdy, I'm peetty much in the same boat as you but tonight I tried something called Cottage Cheese Tuna Sir and loved it. It has an insane amount of protien. Its 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 can tuna and some hot sauce. I tried it over soda crackers because I was told I'm allowed them and I like it a lot. Its more protien then he shakes I have. I made all of it and eat ot slowly here and there for a few meals.

    You have all been a lot of help and I feel ill try some of those ideas tmw for sure. I really do like mfp. It has already helped a lot. Its a crazy process and everyone keeps telling me I've lost so much. I didn't tell a lot of people I went for surgery and thats when I normaly tell them. Thnx again and I'm going to read all those links now. Just got home.

    You are all such a big help here. I have been having two shakes and that's pretty much it so far. 1 scoop of powder 200ml of 1percent milk Half a banana 5 ice cubes 1tbls of Peanut Butter. What really sucks is I put my surgery off for about a year after it was almost time to have it bscause I started my career and a golden job fell into my lap but had ten month probation. Sadly a lot of the stuff the nut told me was over two years ago so I'm a little rusty. You are right when you say its a lot at first. I'm so scared it won't work out. I have a four month old son and need to be here as long as I can. I just started pureed yesterday but two shakes it 600 cal so idk how I can even have more. I see some people say aim for 600 cal.
