Really decent. Just got this horrible feeling in my chest/upper stomach area. Every time I take a drink. Guess it's still gas Because I comes and goes.. So that's what I think it is?

I also had surgery the 24th and came home the 25th. I have that feeling in my upper stomach/. Chest area, kind of "fullness". Could be gas, I just figured its from the swelling and trying to get liquids in.

Yes, I'm afraid of everything, lol. I had a pill I needed to resume taking after surgery and even though my dr said I'd be fine, I was scared to death. I finally took it and was fine. My nurse told me I could take Tylenol capsules, but when I did, I still cut them in half first just to make sure, lol.

I'm managing to get my liquids and Proteins in so far, although I feel like its a full time job. Still swollen and look 8 months pregnant, but the scale showed a 3 lb loss today, so hopefully the extra Fluid is leaving.

I was sleeved on Wednesday oct 23 .. Had that annoying upper gas. I highly recommend gas x strips they dissolve on ur tongue and have worked wonders for me. I can pretty much get down any liquid all kinds of Soups and once in a while a hunger pain even.. Might be a thirsty pain I don't even know still confused lol. I haven't been on the scale since surgery but already noticing a difference in just my face alone.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
