TAKING CARE OF YOU !

I am 8 mnths out of surgery, no complications, great weight loss 113lbs. But in this last month i have been rushing all the time working out hard at the gym, not getting proper rest. Well guess what this landed me in the hospital Wednesday night with, multiple gallstones, gall bladder removal and severe dehydration. It took 6 bags of iv fluids before i even pee'd and now on bag ten and still not fully hydrated. All this could have been avoided had i just taken care of me an extra few minutes. But was sipping on kids sodas, nibbling on their burgers. So let me be a living example of how your doctors diet plan is important and so is water water water, i.will be back to my gallon a day for life when i get released from the hospital! SO SLEEVERS TAKE CARE OF YOU, WE MADE IT THIS FAR LETS NOT DAMAGE OUR SELVES BY NEGLIGENCE :)

Thank goodness you are okay. I have noticed that I have not been paying attention to my fluid intake like I should an I am only four months out. By 8 months I can see how easy it can be to become distracted and lose focus. Thank you for the reminder! Now take care of you!

Oh wow!!! So sorry to read this. I hope you get well soon. Will take this to heart cuz I definitely don't want to end up in hospital. Thank you for sharing your story.

I'm so glad you're ok!!! And thank you for thinking of your fellow sleevers...I don't even have my surgery date yet and I'm learning so much from everyone here. Thank you!
