Anyone Else Have hot spots

Im almost a week post op and im getting these hot spots on my legs feels like they are burning..just curious if anyone alse has experienced this.

Also I had a embilical hernia repaired and im having serious pain im assuming its from the hernia but not sure. Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts. Thanks.
