people around my size and weight for help with questions

So I'm 5'4 29 years old and I weight about 258. I chew tobacco every day and don't smoke. I don't gut the juice so yea. Wondering at my weight am I gonna have problems with huge amounts of extra skin. I would like my man boobs to shrink down to normal size but not have nipples below my muscles like way down there. Also will chewing affect my healing process cause all you hear about is smokers. Thanks

I have no idea about the chewing you really should ask your doctor. As for the skin you will have some extra (it really depends on you skin quality) but you are very young so if you do weight training and take lots of protein it shouldn't be too bad

First, ask your doctor about the chewing.

Next, the fact that you are 29 will be a major help in your skin just shrinking back into place. I am also 5'4" and was about your size at my largest. Now I'm a little less than 190 and I've been amazed at how I'll have flabby skin for maybe a week and then it will just kind of snap back into place.

Jared the subway guy was in his 20's when he lost all that weight, and did not need skin removal or cosmetic surgery because of his age...the skin just sort of shrunk right back in to place.

PS, I am 32, and I've been shocked at how quickly my skin shrinks with me with no visible effects except the awesome one of watching myself shrink in the mirror.

Absolutely, chewing is a bad idea, and can impede healing because is constricts blood vessels. The mouth is vascular and absorbs the nicotine (and all the other toxic chemicals) quickly and easily, and it is then systemic - which is why you are addicted to tobacco. It also causes all kinds of cancer, including cancers of the mouth, throat, tongue, as well as stomach and bladder cancer, to name a few. The good news is that if you quit today, your body will quickly begin to repair the damage, and hopefully avoid any of that. As for the skin, you are young, and it is very possible your skin is still resilient enough to spring back into shape.

That's what it's done for me as a 32-year-old, so I think it does make a difference.
