I eat eggs, tuna, oatmeal, today I had a salad grind up really good only 1/2 cup tolerated well. I still do my shakes and skim milk and plenty of Water. Somebody else recommended hash and to make a crustless quiche which I may do tomorrow. I still look around and explore for new soft foods so I won't get tired eating the same thing.

I'm so jealous. Today I am officially over this liquid diet and the first day I have been in a bad mood. my energy is soooo low. Thankfully my boyfriend sent me some flowers today because I started not feeling well yesterday. Not sick just over the fluids. I have 5 more days! I keep looking at the calendar they gave me like it's going to change :( I'm going to find a stale cracker to lick (saw that someone licked wheat thins on another thread).

Are you still doing liquids? I am trying to get this soft food under control! My sons French fries were looking mighty tasty! Lol! My sister was sleeved in Feb. and lost 86 pounds she told me she ate 1/2 turkey sandwhich on wheat with fat free and baked chicken wings only 1 on her soft stage. She curves and bends things to her satisfaction but who doesn't she has done really good she went from a 24 to a 14! She's my little sister so I listen to some of the stuff she says! Lol!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
