  14. Congrats. This is taking some adjusting. My 11 year old hugging me all the way around and her hands connecting. People saying I'm getting skinny. Lol. Not yet I have 53 to go! I was a size 20. I am trying not to purchase to many clothing as I know I am going to lose many more lbs. I am on this journey to be healthy am happy and this is a great start. Feeling fabulous!
  15. HW-258 SW-246 CW-211 Goal -158 Lots of inches gone and I feel great. Best decision I've ever made. Looking forward to the future. Sleeved oct 8
  16. Looking forward to achieving this goal. 11 pounds away from onederland.
  17. This week I reached a small milestone in my weight loss. Purchasing regular size clothing. Its been 15 years. This journey is only 3 months tomorrow and I feel my body and my mind change. I don't regret for a minute this decision. 47 pounds and many inches. I got this. What was your first major milestone?
  18. I'm 5 weeks out. The last 5 days I have had more energy and feel normal again. Get the protien in whatever way you can. Congrats to all of us for making a commitment and changing our lives. I am very excited and going to a nutrition class next week to get all the tools I need to be successful. Surgery was 10/9. Total lost with 12 days preop is 31 pounds total. I also use myfitnesspal to log in all foods and exercise. It is the easiest tool and has almost all foods I eat in there logs calories and protien so you can get all nutrition in.
  19. Congrats. I am 5 weeks out and a total of 31 pounds down. My daily routine is getting easier. I feel energetic and looking forward to hitting my 3 month mark!
  20. Start logging all food on myfitnesspal. I am only 5 weeks out but it really helps. It has helped me track calories and protien. Very easy tool to use.
  21. Thanks for the info. My vitamins taste nasty. Ready to try different brands
  22. I try to have a water at my desk but with the food i don't get enough water in. Let me know if that works. I have lost a total of 14 pounds since surgey and 12 on post op. I wonder if I drink more water if the numbers would be different
  23. I am having a hard time getting in all my protein and water. I can get most of my protein in but too full to get the water. I have seen some people say water first? Hmmm. If I drink the water first I won't be able to get most of the protein. I thought the protein should be important. I am drinking protein drinks.
  24. I am 2 1/2 weeks post op. I felt very emotional for about 10 days. Ithad passed. I remember talking to other people who had the same feeling. Take some Time let yourself heal. I am feeling great went back to work 6 days after surgery. No regrets. I had lost 12 pounds pre surgery and 12 pounds after. Go for a walk and let out those emotions out. This will pass. Good luck
