      Hey Seela congrats i went in to see the doctor today and guess what 196.4. Im in onederland. 68 LBS gone in three months. My doctor said its people like us that makes this program great. So congrats t

    Happy dance! Thanks so much! It's funny I totally have pms and I'm so emotional and it doesn't seem to matter if it's good or bad, it makes me cry. I've been quite the crier since surgery. I'm getting on my own nerves! !

    Today was the day. A huge milestone. 199. I'm excited never thought I would see this number. It has been over 15 years. I feel great and see a healthy future for me.
