Surgery on the 16th of October! Excited and scared

Hey! Any one else having their sleeve done around this time? Or any words of wisdom? Does anyone have any advise for me? Current weight 237lbs. I have set a goal of 185 by Christmas. Is this realistic? Thanks! So excited!! Xxx

How does everyone feel today?? I'm just on the way back from hospital now. Feeling good but have a lot of pain around the stitches. Hope you're feeling positive and well x

I was sleeved on the 16th also and it's definately rougher than I expected. I was nauseous and dry heaving when I woke up til yesterday am...I'm also in a fair amount of pain, was given Tylenol 3 but I don't like crushing them...how is everyone else doing??

I was 15 th. My back hurts and very sore but so far keeping everything down. Been for a walk yesterday. It's easier each day the drainage tube is my biggest issue

Hey all. Overall I'm still really, really tired. I don't have any pain unless I move the wrong way. I was telling a friend that everything just feels so new. I can feel every lil sip go down and it's weird. Now I finally know what people mean when they say they no longer like Water. It's like I can taste every mineral in it…yuck! Today I was able to get in a Protein shake! However, I'm quickly growing weary of the whole sugar free taste of everything 100% apple juice is my BFF right now.

Other than that I'm bored and can't wait to feel normal again.

How's everyone else?
