  1. I was sleeved on the 14th and mine does not hurt anymore. I have walked, walked, and walked. Feel fortunate.
  2. Walk, walk, walk, and then walk some more. Try raising your arms straight up over your head. That seems to help also.
  3. My nut says no Ensure.

  13. Brighteyes I am in the same place you are right now. Same questions. I know I will lose, but I also know I love to eat and this will be hard. Aiming for October also. Keep in touch...
  14. I think your post should encourage a lot of people. Thanks!
  15. Would not expect that to happen. I am pre-op. Thought they took the part of the stomach that asks for food. Hang in there. I know it will be worth it.....
  16. My nutritionist said no soda period. The carbonation stretches your stomach back out.

This is discouraging for you I am sure and not what I would expect either. I am pre-op and was hoping for more dramatic results. What does your Dr say?
  19. I am pre-surgery. I thought I would have more energy after surgery and weight loss.
  20. I have 2 of my 3 required nutrition classes behind me and my psych eval so far. I am anxious and nervous all at the same time. I would like any pre surgery advice and after surgery sharing that you guys can give me. Thanks!
