Hi there I have depression at the moment I'm with my mom and dad to help them out and in the same time thy help me out now thy going on a 3 month holiday to visit the family back in South Africa don't know if you all know how dangerous it's there? I don't know how I'm going to cope worrying about them being lonely caures I have no friends in NZ to com keep me company now and then the surgery I'm really scared!

I'm 2and a half weeks post op and have no energy feel so taierd can't hardly lift my arm up lol can any 1 tell me what I can do to help with that ?

Hi I'm not sure how lbs works but I have lost 10kg last time I weigh my self think it sould be more now caures my legs look skinnyer I feel so much better when I walk my legs don't rub together like thy use to
