I feel your pain! Day going into day 11 and now broth/clear liquids... Pretty tough night out with the family as they slurped udon & dumplings lol. As hard as it it I've surprised myself with my own willpower to do it right this time! Next hurdle is my husbands birthday party tomorrow with broth & Jello in hand!

I'd give an eye for garlic right now. I'm on day 7, with 10 days left. It's getting easier every day. But the Unjury chicken Soup and sf Jello sure seem like gourmet to me!

I have a plan for when I start my two week liquid diet, idk if it will work, but this is what I'm gonna do. Every time I feel like you do right now, I'll log on to this site and search for at least two or three success stories, hopefully that will remind me that the hunger is definitely worth it!

And congratulations to you! You're so close.

Can you buy unjury in stores or can it only be bought online?

For me, I've had zero hunger...I'm just longing for a different taste besides vanilla and chocolate. The NUT agave me some excellent ideas but still. I'm ready to just lick some garlic for a different taste!

I got mine off their website. But they do ship fast. I tried the sample package first and then just yesterday got my jug of the chicken. Little cup of heaven and I have that while family eats what I've cooked.

Yeah Jello is heaven and I had some Swanson chicken broth today. It was a nice change from shakes but I only drank half the can before I'd had enough.

I bought the sample pack of unjury too I'm going to try the chicken Soup and unflavored tomorrow.

Oh and the before & after pics as well as the success stories are definitely inspirational but my current stomach ain't feeling none of that.

3 more days, 3 more days, 3 more days…whoo-sah

You can do it ! It is soooo worth it!

Fill up with extra Water (flavor with crystal light for variety)

Stay busy.

Stay away from TV (way too many food commercials)

Good luck and best wishes! And never lose that awesome sence if humor you have! :-)

Try chewing up beef Jerky until it is all mush and then spit it out. Make sure you dont swallow any. I know this sounds kinda nasty but it really helped me. Also i watched tons of cooking shows.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
