2 weeks out... just focus on protein and fluids...that is enough for now.

Almost 9 weeks, 5' 4 1/2", my nut has me shoot for 80 g protein, 60 g cabs ( no more than 20 at one time), 30 g fat. This comes to around 800 calories.

I agree CowgirlJane^^^^ Just try to get in as much fluids and protein as possible. You'll get to add more as you go it'll all fall into place I promise!!! I at 7 wks get 80-90 g protein about 700-800 cals. Good luck lady:)

2 weeks out from surgery one thing I have become very aware of is what is in food especially protein ; finding milk that has 2x the protein, Greek yogurt, off the shelf shakes. It has become a detective game but learning a lot from it. My colleagues at work want me to teach then what I learn about foods when I return to work. This has given me a goal to learn what I can and have it be a part of my life from now on!
