Congrats in the weight loss!!! It is hard at the beginning to get all your water in. Keep in mind that your shakes count toward your 64oz of fluids.

Great weight loss congrats. I'm having the same problem as you. So one of my favorites, right now, is 26 oz of water mixed with strawberry/watermelon crystal lite and one scoop of strawberry protein. Last night I changed up a little because I want more protein, did sugar free hot chocolate mixed with a scoop of unflavored protein, doesn't take as long to drink. You are right after all of this your not hungry so I am forcing myself to eat but only about two tablespoons of cottage cheese, applesauce, yogurt, refried beans, and going to try a poached egg shortly.
