Anyone with a Humana NPO plan?

I have a tentative surgery date of Nov. 25th. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. More nervous about getting an approval more than anything else. I have to do a six month dr supervised diet and I have been following it very strictly, however, I have managed to put on 1 lb every month! Any one have experience with Humana? I'm just hoping and praying for approval!
