10 POUNDS GAINED SINCE 3 YEARS HAVING GASTRIC BYPASS

I had gastric by pass 3 years ago. Lost 107 lbs. Now I have gained 10 lbs and would like to get it off. Any suggestions would be so wonderful.

Track everything. Myfitnesspal is wonderful

No drinking with meals.

Protein first. Trying doubling your protein to carb ratio. Mfp mentioned above even has a graph for this. Your protein must be a minimum of 40% of your diet.

3 meals and 2-3 Snacks. No exceptions

No grazing.

At 7 years out if I do these plus exercise I can still lose. Regain is much harder to lose.

It will be slow generally.
