Should I take my scales?

I am one of those girls who weighs every single day religiously. I have been out of town before for a couple days and didn't take my scales, but this time I'm going for a week. I am thinking to pack my scales. I know the school of thought that says don't be a slave to the scales...weigh once a week...but that's not how I'm wired. Has anyone else taken their scales on vacation?

I would take it other wise that will be the only thing you thank of

I weigh myself every day, as well. Not to torture myself but as a "meh ... why not" thing.

If you are the type that all can think of "Why didn't I take that damn scale with me?" , then I say take it. Why interrupt your routine, kwim?

Girl cut the cord!!!!
