finally good news about "pay back my money"

So my mother called me today saying she's sorry it's taking so long, but she will start paying me back at least $100 a month to get it over with. she owes me $1000 and haven't paid back at all. I didn't rush her or nor I'm rushing her,but it's been a year, and I did tell her to give me at least $500 by May but that never happen. We had a text message agreement that should would pay me back $500 this May 2013 and then the rest $500 next May 2014 but nothing happen. I'm willing to settle for monthly payment of $100 which she will be paid off in 10 months which will finish in April 2014 or if she starts August May 2014 and I do need this money for my plastic surgery. It might not sound like a lot of money, but I have taken care of my mother, and help her in every way I can. So I lend her this money not gave her this money. I will not lend her money again for being a bad payer lmbo but I will continue to help her in anyway I can.
