Well to survive u kinda have to. I would eat things that benefit u the most like ur protein etc. Make sure ur getting ur vitamins bc u don't want to wind up back in the hospital deficient and really sick. I know its hard and ur dealing with a lot but u gotta take care of yourself. If u need to vent I don't mind to listen.

I felt that way only on my 3rd day after surgery and was still at the hospital, they took me off the pain meds and by thursday I was as good as new. I was soooooo sleepy with the pain meds, I had no interest in drinking anything, even though I had been on 2 days of no drinks or food.

Hope you feel better and I agree with Kelly, you don't want to end up in the hospital with dehydration. Take care!

I'm getting out of my funk, this surgery changes the relationship you had with food guess I'm just going through the transition. Drinking water now

Yes it does hon. Your bestfriend just died and it sounds crazy but ur grieving. Hang tough this will pass. I wanted to tell u Mio makes a sports version of their flavors that contains vitamins and electrolytes get some of that and put in ur water that way ur getting things u need just by sipping. Hang in.
