Thanks! We are home and so for he is good. They actually think they found what more was causing the problem so hopefully this is the last time. They went further in and finished removing the nerve but they found a growth that was pretty large but got it all out. Hopefully daddy o will be back weight bearing and helping this mama now the yard etc soon!

This is what I've been using to stay regular (flax seed ) and get my bread in. I get it at Walmart.< /p>

I will look for this next time I go to Walmart. I'd gotten some flax "bread" at Publix but this actually looks better.

When I was about 5 there was a hurricane that hit where I lived named Elena. My name is Alaina. My mama swore it was named for my temper tantrums!!

I was going to mention that too! Like Alaina, I am hoping this storm will be as calm and soothing as you are to all of us. Hope all is going well.

Went to the nike clearance store today and got some workout shoes. They are so lightweight and I love them! Im gonna start doing my "walk away the pounds" dvd tomorrow. The shots I had on tuesday are working so far. Im gonna start really slow so I dont do any more damage but I feel as long as the pain is lessened I should do alittle something. Maybe the weight will come off quicker then! Hope the pain stays away for awhile, and that I dont "pull" something! LOL!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
