Get you a medicine planner box sun-sat put

Your vitamins in there and carry your others meds with you

I've been on 12 cruises so any other. Question just ask

Have fun good luck

Cruises make me nervous.. Have fun!!!! ^_^

I just got back from a cruise and they had sugar free beverages there at the meals, they had soups, soft foods, sugar free options...etc. just make sure you bring your vitamins and it would be good to bring a sports bottle to carry around to make sure you're getting your fluids.

Thanks much for all the tips! I was a bit worried, but am not now!

Take Protein bars they are high in protein whey and pack easily. Cruising is great they have food everywhere and all kinds. I have been on three and I always take Protein Bars with they help when your in a pinch. You will have a great time....I'm looking forward to my next one to the Bahamas. Went to Central America before my surgery it was GREAT.
