I'm a day behind you, and reality still has yet to sink in for me. I haven't started packing, laundry, or anything. I did clean my desk off and get a mani pedi. It's still dream works like someone's going to jump out and say haha just kidding

Good luck to all our end of the month Marchies. This is the last week and then we are all in the post op thread!! I wish you all nothing but a breezy recovery- dont snicker- many on the Losers bench had it pretty nice. I suffered a bit, but its all worth it. I pray for zero suffering:-) :-). There are going to be quite a few hotties in the very near future-male and female!!:-)

I had surgery almost 16 hours ago. And while I don't regret it' date=' I am not feeling good right now. The nausea and pain are making me cry! As soon as I stand up I am immediately nauseous. I'm bleeding everywhere! My incisions, my throat, nose and even my vag is bleeding even though my period was only two weeks ago. I hope to get better soon and hopefully be able to sleep. Im so sad that I'm extremely hungry. It's uncommon but normal. I had hoped this surgery would make the hunger pangs go away. I don't know if I'll be successful but I can't wait to be a healthy, sexy woman, and that's what keeps me going now!

Loretta I completely understand. I have not packed either. But have done my nails, laundry, cleaned and shopped for ANYTHING I could think of that I would need to eat coming home. I will be coming home on soft pureed food. Which I guess should be happy about. I am so excited and inI awe, but ready. Took my god awful pictures for comparison tonight. Oh my lol! Good luck Loretta and I will post before and after surgery!!!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
