Me too! Wanted to make a box of angel hair parmesan Pasta sooooo bad! I keep looking at the box. Finally I just came upstairs away from food. I hate it when this happens! I know that if I made it id only be able to eat a little bit and would feel yucky. So then do I still crave it? UGH! frustrating!

I use Dreamfields pasta. I make a mean Cajun chicken Penne. I can't eat much of it, but it satisfies the craving and sits well in my pouch. :)

When was your surgery?

Mine was 3/14. When I do eat the dreamfields I only have maybe 6-8 pieces of penne. :)

I screwed up today, when I got up today I had an Adkins Protein Drink, but got busy and had to do a set of ails on a client and didn't eat till 9 pm I never do that and was so hungry. I got a foot long turkey sub from subway had the maker pull out all the insides of the bread. Only had veggies and turkey with vinegar on it. It took 1 1/2 hours to eat it but I ate that whole sub . I am paying for it now. I want to puke.

I just did two Granny Smith apples to try them out. I skinned them cause I can't have fruit skins yet but you don't have too. Then I sliced them thin. Use a mandolin if you have one. Put them on a parchment lined pan and sprinkle with truvia or Splenda and cinnamon. I used 5 packets of truvia and maybe 2tsp of cinnamon. Then put them in a 200 degree oven for an hour. Flip them over and put them back in for an hour-hour and a half. Shut off the oven and let them sit in the oven for another hour to crisp up. Pink lady, Braeburn, or gala apples would also be good.

I made your zucchini pizza for dinner. It was delicious! It went down easy' date=' tasted great, and it was a real treat to have something different. I packed some leftovers for my lunch tomorrow. :-)[/quote']

Thanks! I'm so glad you liked it! It's great to use a portabello mushroom as well if you like mushrooms. Just break the stem off and make the pizza on the underside. It's the perfect personal size

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
