A piece of fish (broiled with a little lemon) and maybe a cup of chowder. Then leftovers for lunch tomorrow. :-)

Has anyone tired no sugar added, fat free ice cream? I was told I could have this, sorbet, or smoothies but I've only found one place that has it. Did any of you have problems with it?

I made a version of this...definitely not like the real thing and kind of putzy to make

In my teflon frying pan I just lay 7 pepperoni rounds touching each other in a circle, then sprinkle mozzarella on top, - cook on medium heat til the edges turn brown and its all crispy, slide it out - nice and chewy, i dont miss the crust. You can bake some veggies to put on it too- chopped onion, red pepper, zucchini and especially sliced mushrooms. And some spaghetti sauce. Then it turns out to be pizza casserole but yumm no bread.< /p>

My doctor suggested using a flour tortilla and add toppings as usual. And bake it till cheese melts. Very thin crust

Depends what's in the stuffed flounder. I'd go for rare prime rib only because i love my beef.

I did at 1st. I felt like it was a constant maneuvering trying to get fluids.protein, vitamins etc in. It gets easier and better as time goes by. I can almost eat 4oz now and I kinda freaked the 1st time I ate that much and realized it.

Healthy choice has a frozen Greek yogurt that is good. It's a little pricey, I've found it for $3 for a package of three half cup servings. I don't have it often so I buy it for myself. It's a nice treat when everyone else is eating ice cream. I've tried the blueberry and strawberry, but it comes in vanilla, too.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
