Tomorrow I START ANOTHER LIQUID DIET DRINK FOR 5Days GOT FROM ANESTHESIA

Five days before surgery I have to drink 3 8oz drink called IMPACT ADVANCED RECOVERY Total calories for the day is 1,000 plus other liquid nothing else

Has anyone been through this ??

My surgery is Tuesday Jan 22 be at the hospital at 5 am surgery at 730am having my Lapband out and RNY done

Also with this program diet you have to drink 8hrs before surgery 32oz of Gatorade 2 then 3 hrs before surgery drink an 8oz Gatorade

Please let me know if your surgeon has given you this my surgery well be done in the state of Ohio

    I guess every surgeon doesn't it different. My 5 day pre op liquid diet was to drink Glucerna drinks 3 x a day for 5 days and then the day before the surgery I had to drink the nasty stuff that basically cleans you out.
