RNY 2 Months Post Op and Las Vegas ... ?

Taking a 3 day trip to Las Vegas at the end of the month and will be about 2 months RNY post op. My doctor is providing me with a card stating I am a Bariatric patient so Im sure Ill be fine. I dont want to be stuck paying for a full price buffet or meal when I wont be able to eat a third of it! lol

Does anyone have any suggestions? any restaurants that dont give you a hard time? or any experiences with Vegas and RNY anyone would want to share.

We will be staying at the MonteCarlo :)
