So far me and my husband has tried the vanilla and the chocolate. The vanilla tasted nasty but the chocolate was good.

I tried the mango peach one (I think that was the one) I had it 2 days before my surgery. I liked it. Made my mouth dry. It was in a glass bottle. I have not tried it since. I want to but haven't made it to the store to buy it yet!

None were good to me. Even my bariatric surgeon admitted they were yucky & he no longer pushes that drink. If you can tolerate it, it's very good for you though.

Thank you everyone. I bought 2 different ones today to try. I got fruit punch & alpine punch. I have been struggling to get all my Protein in each day as I need 90 grams. So I was hoping this would help if I drink half in the am & the other half in the evening.

Today is the first day I got in all 90 grams & I didn't even drink the Isopure yet. I bought a pound of turkey from Boston market, puréed it with some gravy & froze it in ice cube trays. Popped 2 out at a time for 14 grams per meal along with 2 Protein shakes. Voila... There I have it... Goal met!!!!!

So I bought 2 bottles of Isopure in different flavors. I tried passion fruit today. While I have to say it wasn't the best taste in the world, I can tolerate it. Especially to get 40 grams in while on puréed foods. I drank half in the morning & having the other half now so my body can absorb all 40 grams. I have to do 90 grams a day, which I've been struggling with. Had a stall in weight loss last week, so I must get to my 90 grams daily. I don't see it being a problem once I'm able to eat 3-4 ounces of food per sitting.

the only flavor my GNC had was the grape frost. I will have to check back and see if they have more. I know online you can order from GNC tea flavored Isopure

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
