Well i started at 415 I'm not sure how heavy you were but it seems like to me the bigger you are the more you lose initially. I try to eat veggies cooked in meat stock, rice, and salad that's mostly what my diet consists of. I dont do well with meat at all ! Besides walking a few times a week i dont exercise. i know its bad but i dont like to front on here like i know some people do. Lol it will get better just exercise more and make sure to eat so your body wont be in starvation mode

Surgery November 5th. Down 85 lbs!- depressed
- depressed
Yea I'm 25. My friends dont understand but I'm lucky to have 6 close family members that have had surgery!!! Lol i guess it runs in the family- Restaurants & Eating Out
I know its bad at 3 months out but i do best at Italian restaurants, soul food restaurants. I also do good with some Mexican foods like the fajitas and queso dip.- depressed
I get how u feel. Alot of times i wish i could take it back. I've lost my best friend which was large amounts of food and my favorite hobby eating out. Now it seems like there is nothing fun to do. I think I'm going to seek counseling. I had surgery November 5 2012 and I've lost 80 lbs!! And still regret outweighs my happiness. I hope that i can be happy soon. Will be happy to hear everyone's responses and suggestions. I hate when ppl are not understanding and act like they have such an easy time with the surgery they act like they never get tempted and are always telling ppl what they should and shouldn't eat. Those ppl are full of it and i hate when they post lol sorry for going on my rant lol- Wendy's Chili Yay or Nay?
I guess u could try it but i would be worried about the onions and peppers dont want to irritate the tummy so early!- Wendy's Chili Yay or Nay?
Wait until u are 2 weeks then yay!- Greek yogurt?
I like the yoplait- am i full yet?!
I know exactly how you feel. I am a year and a half out and still have this problem. Eventually it will get better I promise. What I do is eat all my meals on a saucer and it seems to help. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me. Keep your head up and you'll do great.[/quote Thanks!!!!- 8 1/2 months post op
