Home made pureed frozen icecube meals?

I'm new here an hopeful to a February surgery date. I've been thinking ahead and wondered if anyone stocked themselves up with their own puréed meals and froze them in an ice cube tray for easy meal planning postop?

I made ham and Beans tonight and thought how great it would be to try this. Freeze ice cube trays and then pop them out and put into a labeled freezer bag.

Other ideas to make eating and meal prep easier?? I'm just worried I won't give myself enough time to have something on hand if I don't preplan this out now!

Thanks!
