I am having a hard time finding a chewable vitamin with iron. What brand do you take? Where have you been able to buy them?

The only one I found was flinstones but my dr does not recommend them. I bought chewable iron from bariatric advantage to supplement the multi.

My nutritionist told us to take two Flintstone completes a day.

My nutritionist recommended Centrum Chewables. If you buy these, make sure they are NOT Centrum Silver as they don't have iron.

I use Optisource chewable vitamins for bariatric patients. I chew two tablets in the morning and two in the evening. That fulfills my iron requirement. It is literally called "Optisource Post Bariatric Surgery Formula." I am pleased with it.

I like those too & you can buy them at walgreen's. I always get the $5 off coupon from the website too.
