Had a question for you guys. What is the sugar free ice cream or fudge pops you refer to sometimes? I can find ice cream with no sugar added, but not sugar free, same with the fudge pops. I have a cold and I would KILL for some ice cream or a fudge pop, but they all seem too high in sugar! :( Any recommendations would be awesome!! Oh, and I am on a stall...

I've found "no sugar added" products but not sugar free. milk has sugar so no getting around that. even the Eggface recipes for Protein ice cream have some sugar in them due to milk. She has lots of different flavors on her site. Yum!

I was sadden by news that a dear friend had lost her sister yesterday but what made it so much more worse she passed away due to bariatric complications. Her surgery was the day after Christmas. To compound that information I was told that her other sister had bariatric surgery a year ago and now has been diagnosed with cancer. Please pray for this family, they need lifted up.

praying for this family. May God bring them comfort where there seems none to be found. Please dear God help them through this time and the days ahead. In Jesus Name we Pray Amen

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that--how very sad. Since it's been a month since her surgery, I wondered if she has had complications since surgery or if it's something that suddenly happened. Life is so fragile. So many of us are still recovering and I know complications can happen at any time but I for one am starting to finally feel "safe." How sad for her family--and for her sister and family to have to deal with that and cancer. I can't imagine. I pray for peace and love and good memories to abound in their home--and to you as well.

My doctor gave me two guidelines:(1) as listed on the package, the product has to have less than 25g of carbohydrates per serving, and (2) "sugar" can not be the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd ingredient listed in the ingredients. For what it's worth.

I can relate to your pain. My best friend and I were scheduled for surgery on july 3 and her surgery was at 9 and mine at 10. She died during her surgery so my doctor resceduled mine to give me time to mourne. It took me to december 5 to have my surgery out of fear. I kept having dreams about my friend and felt like she was telling me to go ahead. I've had no complications. I believe in God and feels that life will end when HE FEELS ITS YOUR TIME. I will pray for this family and you as well.

Omg, that is horrible about you losing your friend. I'm so sorry. Also condolences goes out for the family with the cancer diagnosis and death. Extremely heart breaking.

As for the SF ice cream: Blue Bunny is the SF ice cream and fudge pops I've always eaten, yummy.

I'm so tired of eating the same things over and over again. I'm so hungry right now but sick of everything I usually eat.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
