Walked my neighborhood...and realized the walk that 2 months ago took me 35 minutes and exhausted me, now takes 22 minutes and I'm still raring to go! Apparently time to add another loop on our path!

  • Ok so I'm a postal worker and have the day off so started exercise early... Rode stationary bike for 25 min and then swam 15 laps.. Hubby and I are off to walk 2 miles... It's a beautiful day in Oklah

Walked 2 miles, 15 minutes on elliptical and did lunges and leg weights.

My arms are still sore from arm weights yesterday...

Still can't be in the pool.I have a major jones for water aerobics. Between my stroke like symptoms and my chronic pain' date=' my exercise has been seriously curtailed....and my weight loss reflects it. Nothing to do but accept it for right now.[/quote']

I agree, I've been on a no exercise restriction, but I've still been losing weight which is a good thing, but between work and my two physical therapists which one is pool therapy I hope thats why I'm still loosing weight. Good luck and hopefully you can do water aerobics soon

I'm camping this weekend but foundation nice hiking trail about 30 miles from here. It was a more experienced hike but I did a lot of it. I'm loving the outdoors. However I am missing my elliptical :/

Oh boy, I am hating life right now. Every muscle in my body hurts.

My PT made me do a circuit of strength training and man, did she aim high for every body part with a muscle in it.

I think, I'll resume to my rounds of cursing every time I have to move around.

I walk every day. I am four months post op and have lost 78 pounds. I am now up to jogging/ walking three miles every morning. I always try to get at minimum 10,000 steps a day. I plan on joining the local gym once the snow starts falling.

I go back the gym Tuesday & I can't wait either.

4.30 mile walk this morning :)))

Sooo frustrated. I can't swim because of the stroke sypmtomd, and cant lift wrights because of chronic pain.....just walking. Oh well, that's how dl lost his weight.

  • 2 weeks later...

I've been doing Zumba but today I'm trying hot hula.

I've gone on two walks, and plan on going again tonight

Day one of Hip Hop Abs.

Day two is gonna suck. I used muscles I didn't remember I had. Hope I can crawl out of bed in the morning.
