Has anyone been banded by Dr. Carlos in TJ?

Hi all, 103.gif

I would like to know if anyone here has had lapband surgery with Dr. Carlos or another surgeon at his hospital in Tijuana?

I found out about their DOCPAY payment plan and feel like there might be hope after all for me getting banded after all. Their prices are somewhat better than some others and I really hope this works out for me. biggrin.gif
