Hi everyone' date='

Yesterday was 6 months post-op for me. I have my 6 month post-op appointment next weeks. I am really happy with my progress thus far, however i fear that I wont reach my goal :( .....

Overall I feel GREAT!!![/quote']

I had my 6 month check up today. All is well. I am a little low in the Iron department but was told to double up on the iron and get blood work done in 3 months. I only have 22 pounds to go until goal and my doctor was very happy. I'm so happy! I weigh 152.

Hi surgery buddies! How is everyone doing?

Doing well! Weight loss has definitely slowed, but that is all my fault for reintroducing certain things I shouldn't. Down 93 pounds, 6 pounds away from making the higher part of my ideal weight range. Would like to lose 20 though, just to make sure I am still in this range if I gain a few later after pregnancy. How have you been doing?

I am on another stall. I think it is bathroom issues. For the past 2-3 days I feel so bloated and gassy and cramping. Just took some dulculax and Miralax so hopefully it helps!!

I unfortunately can eat most anything. Thing I haven't tried and refuse to try is ice cream. I've heard to many horror dumping stories!! I just started 2 weeks ago to add fruit. Cuties hurt my stomach but apples seem ok for now. Yesterday I finally got to onderland for a total loss of 88 pounds. Will be 6 months on the 29th

I to can eat anything. Including ice cream. But I only have no sugar added and only a couple of bites. I am kind of glad that I can tolerate anything. It teaches me that I have to cut down and limit, which I do. Granted I have started to snack at night again but I try to keep it at cheese or some sort of meat. Not the junk I used to eat. I am down 84lbs. I need to work more on getting more tone. I walk but I think I need more. What do you all do for exercise?

I had surgery 10/3, i am losing weight but feel low on energy (even tho i go to gym every other day), my 6 month post op blood work revealed that my B1 is very low so I'm hoping after i get a shot i will have more energy :)

Had my six month appointment yesterday. Down 121 lbs, a total of 58% of my excess weight! For the first time ever, I was told I had to eat more!!!

Has anyone tried drinking yet? I'm celebrating my 30th birthday this weekend and would like to have a sip or two. What works? What are some good choices? Am I the only one crazy enough to try this? Feedback is appreciated!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
