I've heard that! Dr. B is pretty decent. I had some pretty serious complications AND a gall bladder removal, so we're pretty much bffs now. Lol

When people say that this is life changing, its a complete underestimation. This is most difficult and rewarding thing you'll ever do. I'm 7 and a half months out and my life has changed in the best way possible.

October Surgery Dates
Had my six month appointment yesterday. Down 121 lbs, a total of 58% of my excess weight! For the first time ever, I was told I had to eat more!!! Has anyone tried drinking yet? I'm celebrating my 30th birthday this weekend and would like to have a sip or two. What works? What are some good choices? Am I the only one crazy enough to try this? Feedback is appreciated!

I always go for green yogurt for a snack. High in protein AND calcium. Otherwise, Atkins have protein bars that are high in protein and low in sugars (read: 1 gram sugar!). Otherwise roasted chickpeas are yummy too! You're doing an amazing job!!!

My doc is very much so against caffeine, and I feel like decaf is a gateway drug!
