  1. Bought my first pair of pants in a size 10, in a non plus size store. I don't think I have EVER been a size 10!!! This pic on the left was taken two years ago and the one on the right was taken on Thursday! Down 165! [ATTACH]4880[/ATTACH]
  2. I've heard that! Dr. B is pretty decent. I had some pretty serious complications AND a gall bladder removal, so we're pretty much bffs now. Lol

  8. When people say that this is life changing, its a complete underestimation. This is most difficult and rewarding thing you'll ever do. I'm 7 and a half months out and my life has changed in the best way possible.

  10. I started having serious pains yesterday morning and visited my favorite (insert sarcasm here) emergency room... after a number of stupid expensive my gallbladder is coming out today. :-/ Has anyone else had theirs removed post surgery?

  13. Had my six month appointment yesterday. Down 121 lbs, a total of 58% of my excess weight! For the first time ever, I was told I had to eat more!!! Has anyone tried drinking yet? I'm celebrating my 30th birthday this weekend and would like to have a sip or two. What works? What are some good choices? Am I the only one crazy enough to try this? Feedback is appreciated!
  14. I always go for green yogurt for a snack. High in protein AND calcium. Otherwise, Atkins have protein bars that are high in protein and low in sugars (read: 1 gram sugar!). Otherwise roasted chickpeas are yummy too! You're doing an amazing job!!!
  15. My doc is very much so against caffeine, and I feel like decaf is a gateway drug!
  16. So far so good! Down 109 lbs... I seriously miss coffee, though...
  17. So I have a question (or four)... are you eating three meals a day? Or are you eating five small meals a day? And are you losing or have you stalled??? Also, if you get to the end of the day and haven't met your protein goal, how do you supplement?
