I'm over 3 years out and I find that ican eat just about anything. Of course things like candy and ice cream don't really appeal to me any more and I think I'm a bit lactose intolerant now. I've kept off the 100 pounds I lost and don't have much of a problem with eating just about anything I want. Of course I can't eat nearly the quantity I once could and I'm sure that helps greatly. I'm lucky I guess.

I miss just being able to chug a glass of cold milk!

Pizza, Dr. Pepper, taking big gulps when thirsty, some restaurants and french fries! But learning to give it all up and getting healthy to avoid being overweight and all the health risks that come along with the extra weight is totally worth it! As I see the weight coming off those things do not even sound good!! :))

food. Just food. I'm in the 2week post op liquid phase and I just want to friggin' chew something.

Sandwiches with lots of veggies and mayo

Thai food

sushi

and I want a big fat juicy cheeseburger so bad it hurts!

I miss eating without thinking! Everything is planned and calculated now...but my cravings have really gone away!

I miss mt dew so bad. Reillys subs French fries and today my dad was making his Xmas fudge. Ahh I just wanted to eat a piece.
