  22. I'm only four months out and starting to get that hungry feeling at times. I thought this was suppose to happen closer to a year? I feel like I can eat more without getting that icky feeling in my stomach ... Makes me nervous. I still measure and eat an average of 600 ... I can also take bigger sips of water without it feeling up my stomach. I guess I'm scared my pouch is stretched, but I have been making good choices and not over eating. Any suggestions on what could be going on? Is this normal?
