  1. Oh no I have never tried tofu ... Heard so many bad things about it that I'm scared to try it! Lol. But I am thinking about giving it a try with your ideas
  2. What are some other meats that everyone eats and settles well? I'm so sick of chicken ... I know it has lots of protein but geez a person can only handle so much! Lol
  3. I just had my gallbladder removed last Saturday. It was a horrible pain ... It all happened while at work. I was rushed to the ER and admitted two days later it was out. I had to wait because in on blood thinners. I personally thought that it was painful. Still a bit sore around the belly button and right side of my belly but feeling much better now that's its gone! Good luck to you ladies!

  6. Great! I didn't know I should adjust my diet again ... Surgeon said to stay on stage three diet. I am just going to go back to protein shakes, water, Greek yogurt and cheese! Ugh!!

  8. Does anyone have a medical ID bracelet? If so what do you have on there that pertains to gastric bypass surgery ... Loren's hope have a bunch a pretty ones ... With everything that had been happening lately I think it's a good idea got me to have one.
  9. GNC has a good unflavored protein powder that is not griddy and goes down pretty smooth. I add it to my protein shakes ... It makes it be 42g of protein in one 11oz shake!
  10. Ouch!! Those are huge! When I found I was having gallbladder issues ... Naeusea all the time ... Then the pain hit hard and would not go away. It was in my back between my shoulder blades and in the front of my chest. Took morphine for the pain to ease up a bit. Now after surgery it still hurts BAD and I have thrown up everytime I have ate :/ which doesn't help with the healing process because the use of stomach muscles. I just keep praying everyday that it gets better.
  11. The surgery from my gallbladder seems to be hurting worse than actual GB surgery ... Maybe cause I was on morphine afterwards? I just want to feel 100% better ... This has not been a easy journey
  12. I hiccup ... Really loud annoying hiccups every time I drink something or when I get full ... Embarrassing at times because they come from no where

  14. Omg! Had steak tonight ... It was good going in and bout 15 minutes later ... Not so good Throwing up after surgery hurt even worse than normal ...
  15. Dr. Roller has been great through all this .... Just has been a bumpy road.
