Have you tired tofu? I have it either in a vegi stir fry with soya sauce, or marinated in a curry mixture and then cooked. I also find ground beef is great and very versatile - from spicy meaty balls to Bolognese sauce... And all the family can eat it ! Go to the world according to egg face for loads of great ideas

Oh I am too! Been eating garden burgers for lunch.

Oh no I have never tried tofu ... Heard so many bad things about it that I'm scared to try it! Lol. But I am thinking about giving it a try with your ideas :)

After reading about how they farm talipia I don't eat it any more. Or for that matter any farm raised fish, I only eat wild caught fish more expensive but much better for you.

Joe... figured by your profile picture that you would probably say that... ha!! Dont tell me how they are farmed... I dont want to know. It just tastes good and easy on the pouch.

Joe. You are so right esp tilapia. Ugh!
