Going Crazy

I'm ten days out I'm doing great but today the monster in my brain is getting the best of me!! I just found out that I shouldn't smoke because I can get an ulcer. I'm smoking to get some sort of satisfaction and now I stopped . I wanna eat everything I see!!! I started purée today and it's just not filling me up!!!
