You can. If you go on my fitness pal website. You can adjust calories, time you want you meals, etc. I adjusted my calories to 800 and switched my meals to time instead of Breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can even add Snacks also

I use myfitnesspal I love this app! Since my surgery I track everything that I eat and drink. My Dietition got me on this when I was waiting for surgery to help with calorie counting.

Just search for my fitness pal and it pops up. It's a blue icon with a little guy jumping on it.
