I eat a lot of eggs, chicken, cheese, Greek yogurt, tuna, and I supplement with Premier Protein shakes (from Sam's Club - 30 grams each) and Protein hot chocolate, protein barbecue chips (which I get at Bariatric Choice - 15 grams each). I also LOVE, LOVE the Gladiator shakes from smoothie King (45 grams each!) I also like "Oh Yeah" chocolate caramel Protein Bars, but not too often because I could get addicted!!

So I just ordered the Protein hot chocolate, BBQ and sour cream & onion crisp/chip things, an Oh Yeah chocolate & caramel bar, and the WonderSlim diet cheesy Mac Pasta. Hope it's all good. I could use some go-to quick or on the go Snacks.< /p>
