    I could... It's not dense (or protein) so you won't feel the restriction like you will when you get to real food.

    Ok sign me up to this thread I was sleeved on the 13th and I have not felt full I can chug my Protein drinks no problem... I'm starting to wonder if enough stomach was taken out!!
