Have you tried to drink a cup? Everyone's sleeve is a different size...just like their stomachs were before. I have a feeling if you tried to drink a whole cup, you probably couldn't handle it. I am 4 weeks out and can't drink that much at one time.

I had the same feeling 5 days post. Be careful though I have now realized that it's not so much the quantity of food I wanted...it was the taste. Good luck! ^_^

LOL @ "did he cut of enough?"

I am 2.5 weeks out and I feel the same way. I can definitely drink more than 1/2 cup at a time (although for some reason I still have trouble remembering to get all my water in), I can take normal drinks, not sips, and don't get any kind of full feeling. I have not tried to push to far cause I don't want to cause issues but I often wonder if he took enough too or if I won't ever feel the restriction. People say that once we move to solid foods then we should feel it so I am hoping that is true.

I promise once you move to solids you WILL feel the difference

I can eat half a normal sized can of soup in one go.. and at a fair pace, too. I am 13 days out. I think the ability to scoff comes in fits and starts. You'll be cool :)
