Maybe you just need more time for your body to readjust? I (partly) had weight loss surgery for fertility issues. I have PCOS and I bled for almost a year straight. I had a D&C earlier this year to remove a polyp. I was on my period during surgery and I'm 2 weeks post op tomorrow and I haven't started back yet. I think it will just take a while for your body to level out. :)
